    Project Engineer at the Engineering and Technical Support Department (K-PN-ST). Designed and developed IOPROB, a Test and Diagnostic Automation Expert System for Siemens Digital Switch EMS 601 IOP Module. Worked with Siemens digital communication systems, programming, performing structure and functionality studies, and developing hardware and software systems that improved rework times and operational efficiencies.

 

    Presented this project as Speaker at the Electronics Engineering and Artificial Intelligence Symposium in Venezuela in March of 1995.

    Project Engineer at the Electronics Laboratory of the Technical Department and Rework Center. Designed and developed PRTEST, a Communication Test Equipment for NCR Computing Systems (Printers, Modems, PCs).     The Global City Teams Challenge (GCTC) program is a collaborative platform for the development of smart cities and communities, led by National Institute of Standards and Technology, a bureau of U.S. Department of Commerce, in partnership with other U.S. federal agencies including U.S. Department of Homeland Security Science and Technology Directorate (DHS S&T), National Science Foundation, International Trade Administration, and National Telecommunications and Information Administration. It enables local governments, nonprofit organizations, academic institutions, technologists, and corporations from all over the world to form project teams, or “action clusters,” and “SuperClusters,” to work on groundbreaking Internet of Things (IoT) and Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS) applications within the city and community environment: NIST GCTC Superclusters.

 

¨ WBAF Miami Board of Directors (Member Volunteer since 2021):

    The World Business Angel Investment Forum (WBAF) is an international organization and affiliated partner of the G20 Global Partnership for Financial Inclusion (GPFI), that aims to ease access to finance for startup businesses and is committed to collaborating globally to empower world economic development by creating innovative financial instruments for innovators, startups, and small and midsize enterprises (SMEs). After creating a national office in Washington, DC, in 2020, the World Business Angels Investment Forum (WBAF) USA established a Miami office in 2021. Coral Gables’ CIO Raimundo Rodulfo was invited to join the WBAF Miami Board of Directors, and to speak at the Grand Opening Ceremonies of the WBAF World Smart Cities Economic Development Commission (WSC-EDC) in April and the WBAF Miami Office in May: WBAF.

 

¨ Cities Today Institute, City Leadership Forum (Member Volunteer since 2022):

    The Cities Today Institute (CTI) assists community leaders to design and implement policies, strategies, and projects by providing city leadership forums, training, research and an online community. The CTI’s invitation-only City Leadership Forum brings together a maximum of 20 North American city leaders in a private setting to exchange best practices through roundtable discussions, Q&A sessions, case study presentations and site visits. ¨ Miami Beacon Council Technology Committee (Member Volunteer since 2019):

    This Technology Committee focuses on further developing the tech industry by supporting the recruitment, expansion, and retention programs targeting tech companies locally and around the world. The Committee supports the Miami Innovation Working Group, a group representing the community’s innovation ecosystem including incubators, accelerators, co-work spaces, technology and entrepreneurship education programs and impactful meetup groups geared toward retention and expansion of Miami-Dade’s high growth, scalable startups. A priority for the working group is to help strategically position Miami as an innovation destination: Beacon Council Tech Committee.

o Organization Performance Assessment of an existing company. Produced a detailed assessment report for the use of company’s leaders with in-depth analysis, recommendations and action plan for improvement (planned change strategy as a leader from intention to execution).

o SAP ERP Enterprise System company design, Integration, and operation of manufacturing, distribution, and logistics companies.  Architected and created the SAP enterprise system (ERP / EOS / MRP) framework and simulated production planning and operations of several case study organizations. Made planning and real-time decisions on production, quantities, pricing, marketing, and other planning and operation factors.  Produced detailed analysis reports on sales, price, costs, and production.

o Total Quality Management Assessment of a Company.  The case project utilized quality tools and statistics in evaluation of a real company scenario.  Produced a detailed assessment report with in-depth quality analysis, recommendations and action plan for quality and process improvement.

o Enterprise engineering modelling and architecture of a real case study company.  Created and implemented in SAP the AS-IS and TO-BE models of the company with process and design improvements.  Designed the sales, procurement and production functions and implemented all business processes with SAP.  Implemented Manufacturing process plans and routings, Price strategy for raw materials and trading goods; Selling finished goods and trading goods, vendors, customers, Work centers.

o Logistics process design and hands-on implementation using SAP APO and Magaya software.  Implemented the supply network configuration; interactive supply network planning; master and transaction data transfer; optimization techniques and heuristics.
